  Among all the pilates teachers I tried, many of which were very good, Caroline is by far the most knowledgeable and competent. She is able to tailor your session based on an *accurate* analysis of your body's needs/flaws/limitations. Working with Caroline combines (1) excellent exercises for the whole body and (2) targeted measures for your weakest points. Give it a try, results will convince you to continue.

  I started at Saraiva Pilates 9 months ago and it has been amazing for my body. I feel my movements and flexibility have improved a lot. Caroline really cares about our individual needs, and recognizes our abilities. Thank you Caroline!

  Great intimate studio for private or semi-private pilates classes! Caroline is a born teacher, very patient and knowledgeable. Can't recommend this enough.
