I really enjoy yoga at YOGAFULNESS LIFE. It's a very friendly and warm place.
Hayoen is a great instructor. Her instructions are clear and precise. I'm so happy that she often adjusts my yoga poses during her class.
I highly recommend this place. -

(November 28, 2019, 5:02 pm)Gem of a studio located in the heart of Bois-Franc, Saint-Laurent. Hayeon is a very caring, knowledgeable instructor. With years of international experience, the variety of classes she teaches are always interesting. Her instruction is clear and kind, and tailored to the level of the student. Small groups so you get virtually individualized attention, though private classes also offered. Must try!
