(June 4, 2022, 4:32 am)I started taking yoga classes with Carla in the fall. I am not an expert, but I have had some experience with different types of yoga. I like yoga to allow me to take time for myself, to calm down, to be able to clear my mind and live in the present moment as well as feel my body soften and all the well-being that it brings. I really like Clara's approach, she is very attentive to our needs and is able to explain to us in detail the benefits of positions and movements. No need to be an expert everyone, from the beginner to those who know a little more, finds his account. Thank you Clara for your simplicity, your knowledge, your listening, the preparation of your classes and the adaptation you make to help those who have certain discomfort with certain positions!! Yoga is not gymnastics but a simple way to keep your body and mind healthy.
