(February 15, 2021, 1:10 pm)I called about the need for a part for an old treadmill and Ken was extremely helpful by finding me a store in Ottawa who had one. While the part didn't solve the problem he has volunteered to have his Ottawa Tech talk to me to advise if anything else can be done. This is very much appreciated and I can't say enough about the proessional approach and attitude of this company.
