(June 20, 2018, 12:39 am)Karl is simply the BEST! I would highly recommend Karl to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. While selling my Mom's house Karl was professional, patient, and kind. You are not just "a sale" to Karl. You are people. Karl is very respectful, and knows that selling a house can be a very scary and emotional time for some. He was always available to answer any question we had, and to guide us, without pressure. He really took time to get to know us, and what we needed from the sale of the house. I am not surprised at all to discover that Karl received the Royal LePage PRESIDENT'S GOLD Award for 2017. It is well deserved!

As a former contractor, he was able to advise us on the cost of renovations, and even better, he’s “got a guy” in all the trades! He set us up with a great contractor and provided good advice at every stage of the process. He’s not just our realtor, but a great new friend!
