In this case Christine Smith and Roxanne are exceptional!!!!
We are first time home buyers and in a pandemic at that. We put in 11 different offers and even though my moral was starting to diminish Christine's did Not.
She is very encouraging and new we would find the right place...and we did. It is almost like this house was made just for us.
If you are looking for someone who listens, takes their time, and treats you like family...Call Christine -

She took us to all of the properties we wanted to see, gave us great advice, and walked us through the buying process. She was extremely responsive and took initiative to suggest homes to us that we might have missed. We couldn't have asked for a better partner to be by our side through the process!

(September 11, 2018, 1:28 pm)WOW! We used Christine when we found out that we were being relocated for work. Christine was amazing! We had to do our house hunt in a short time since we weren't from the area. In one weekend, she took us to see over 30 homes! She did not complain and worked hard to get us into every house that we wanted to see. She was not pushy and answered all of our questions. She showed us the area and took great care in making us feel comfortable with moving. Thanks so so much!

Christine was there for us eight years ago when we first explored the idea , and stepped right in again with us this time. She was familiar with the pros and cons of all the properties and guided us through the whole process with patience and expertise. We feel excited by our purchase and that we were in good hands the whole way.
She deserves the five star rating that she receives and we have recommended her to our friends. -

Christine helped us compare places and actually helped us recognize more what we wanted. She helped us come up with the right value of the property we were looking at, and was a great negotiator when the bidding process took place. We felt that she put our interests ahead of hers in the deal process. Christine found every inspector for us to use for the property and they were all good. She was there whenever we needed her until the house was ours.
