She stepped into a difficult situation of elderly clients with serious health issues, English as a second language & a previous agent who did absolutely nothing for them for months. Despite all these challenges Karen & her team, with great sensitivity, patience & professionalism, sold their home within weeks. Supporting them every step of the way having her clients best interests at heart she won their gratitude & relief knowing they had such caring professionals in their corner. Her approach to negotiations was firm and this gave me confidence that we would not over pay. She has a very strong sense of the market and was respectful of our "wish list" for the new property. Karen was flexible in meeting our availability for viewing the target property on multiple occasions and was very patient in giving us the time to consider all aspects of the deal. She was pro-active in researching issues and questions that arose and clearly focussed on delivering for us as her clients.
