Jessica is beyond amazing- and a true professional! I love how prepared she was from our first meeting. We liked that she has a dedicated team to help you with all of your needs. They’re all so great! The team was able to complete my renovations in a timely manner. She went above and beyond from the start to the end. What a difference working with Jess is refreshing from our previous realtor. I appreciate her honesty, enthusiasm and knowledge of real estate market. She genuinely cares for her clients! We bought our first house with a help from Jessica. She is helpful, professional, knowledgeable and flexible. She took her time to answer our questions and always had our back. At the start we weren't so sure what exactly we wanted, but she showed us different properties and through that process we were able to get a clarity on what we want. She never pressured us to make an offer. More than anything else, she has such a cheerful personality and made whole process easy for us. I would recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy/sell property.

As first time home buyers, it seemed a daunting task for us to buy anything in such a red-hot market. After working with Jessica for a short time, we quickly realized that we had a professional in our corner. She was always responsive to any questions or feedback, and listened to what our priorities were in all showings. We never felt pressured to offer on anything that wasn’t right for us, and as a result ended up with a first home that was perfect for us! Jessica is awesome! She was patient, knowledgeable, and always very pleasant. She showed us several properties before we found the right one, and we didn’t feel pressured. When we had trouble meeting our closing date, she remained calm and patient, even though we were freaking out. She went above and beyond to help us and to meet all the commitments. We would definitely use her again, and recommend her to family and friends!
