Both ladies were so friendly, yet top notch professionals. They went above and beyond in helping us through the whole process. Despite our initial uncertainties to rent or sell Candace was quick to respond to our changes and was impressively helpful. The entire process was seamless from great advice to getting her fabulous photography team, Erica & Jason straight on it and done to perfection! Up & SOLD in less than 24 hours!!

(January 23, 2020, 11:49 am)We used Donna Crane to sell our fathers home in Collingwood last fall and she was outstanding.
Before choosing a real estate agent, we conducted some research to see who would be the best choice in the Collingwood area. Royal LePage, Locations North was the Broker that was most praised by friends and acquaintances and I saw that they put a lot of work into their listings.
We sent an email to request someone contact us about selling. Within the hour, Donna Crane called.
We spoke with Donna and then met with her at the home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing some info regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing lots of info on the area and what to expect. Donna made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps to give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken for the listing, and a lot more.
When we saw our listing we were blown away. Donna’s hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. Donna arranged some open houses for the weekend and we accepted an offer on the Monday, just 4 days after it was listed.
The offer was considerably more than the listing price, by more than 10%!
Donna walked us through every step of the whole process, from initial contact right through to the sale and beyond. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
I've recommended Donna Crane and Royal LePage, Locations North to everyone I know. Donna is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. You'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.
