One of the best yoga studios I've been, they combine many different types of movements and produce an effective workout. Also, this is one of the few places in the GTA that offer Acroyoga classes and SuperDave is well known within that community to be a great teacher and a pioneer in new movements. He is also a very humble person, I have been training with him for a while and will keep on going.
Great place to experience Acroyoga. Fun classes and suitable for all levels. Teachers are always great and very attentive.
Dave is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The atmosphere is great for any skill level.
