I wish to bring to your attention a certain individual of your staff members handing your operations at Aurora Court complex, named Glen.
I am sure you have trained your staff to administer a specific level of professionalism and emapthy, which I commend.
Glen has been handling EVERY visit I have had to your gym in a manner which far exceeds the norms. He is polite, knowledgeable and is understanding. In my opinion, he is exemplary in his attitude and will go to all permitted extents to assist anyone as best he can.
Please relay my gratitude to him as well as your hiring team, for having had the insight to appoint and retain candidates of such calibre.
