(April 30, 2019, 1:52 am)The Elephas Group sells comfort. A licensed agent sat with my family member, the old fashioned way, in person, and sought information to determine what the wishes and wants were for when that day happens.
The agent that met my family member was professional and caring and took the time to explain how the plan works and all the benefits it would provide to the family.
I was at the meeting and was impressed with the level of service and how the agent was patient with all the questions my cousin asked in addition to the ones I asked as well.
Unfortunately, my cousin passed away. His wife and kids knew exactly what to do as they had the Elephas planning guide. A phone call was made and the benefit was paid in 24 hrs.
I recommend anyone who doesn’t want to leave a burden to their loved ones to invest in a meeting with The Elephas Group. -

The people at reception at Elephas Group are there to help at all times and the agents are very knowledgeable and they deliver exactly what they say they do. A very good family friend of ours had a plan through Final Needs Planning Program and when she passed away, everything was done ! I happen to know several people who have a plan as well. I am happy to say I have my own now and I know everything will be looked after the way it should be. Thank you for making such a difficult time much easier. Your honesty and reliability is appreciated. I am definitely going to recommend you to every one I speak with. Thank you !
