When purchasing our first home, I do not think we could possibly have asked for a more professional or thorough home inspection. The inspector (Rob Cornish) was very professional and personable. He provided very clear information on what he would be doing and provided explanations on his findings in a clear manner as well as providing ideas for the changes that should be undertaken. I was very satisfied with the written report provided as it was clear with ample detail and actions required.
