We were in the process of moving from the Montreal area. We had just put our house in the market, unsure of how things would turn out. Ottawa is a different, pricier market than Greater Montreal.
We had tried moving to Ottawa in the past few years, unsuccessfully. This time, there was no way back. My kid had already started school here, and interest rates were on the rise. Saying we were under a lot of stress would be understating it.
Kyle provided a list of properties that truly fit with the description that we provided. Whenever we liked a listing, Kyle made our visit happen without delays. We made an offer, and he helped us navigate the negotiation process and get the deal we needed.
I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Kyle to anyone looking to buy in the Ottawa area. -
