Cynthia recently sold my home and with her knowledge and help, it didn't take long. She has gone above and beyond in a many different ways to ensure that my house was set apart from the rest. I won't list all that she did for us because she tailored the experience to fit the needs of my home. I will though share a few things.. She looked at the open home schedule for a particular weekend and notice a gap on the Saturday and she decided to host an open house on Saturday AND Sunday. We got so much foot traffic on the Saturday where we had less competition with open houses.
Leading up to my listing she dropped in a few times to check in on our preparation. We had a good list of things that she prescribed to have done and we obliged in full trust which worked together for our good.
