Jordan happily accepted and we hit the ground running. Even with a slight delay, he got our place listed and offer accepted within 72hrs. When it came to find our new home, he worked with my husband's shift schedule, taking us all over Ottawa on Sundays and during long weekends.
We wouldn't be in our new home without Jordan. He found us our home when I was looking elsewhere. He listened to our "must-haves" & "nice-to-haves", put up with our questions, and was a constant reassurance during the selling and buying process.

From our initial meeting I could tell that he was professional, really knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, but also really easygoing and a guy you could grab some beers with. Jordan provided me with really great advice to get my house in showing condition, and it really paid off. The marketing campaign he put together for the house was really impressive- from the drone footage he shot himself, to the professional photos and website that was created just for my house. Once the house was actually listed we had 15 showings and it was sold in 2 days for over our asking price! We received 4 offers and Jordan was really helpful walking me through the process which I had never been through before. I will absolutely be working with the Goodfellow Real Estate Team again and will be recommending the team to anyone that I know looking to buy or sell a home.

He was there to support us through every step along the way, and helped to alleviate some of the stress that buying your first home can bring. We've already recommended him to some of our friends.

Jason was honest and professional through out the sale of my home.
As my representative, Jason checked on the premises regularly and anything that needed to be done was. The communication was excellent and on going. His patience and understanding was outstanding and I truly felt like a member of his family. I believe that Jason Goodfellow went beyond the call of duty and gives his "all" for his clients.
