(November 10, 2022, 1:55 pm)This is a great gym for people of all fitness levels. They are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. They offer child minding to look after children while you get a workout in, and also have a smoothie bar to replenish you after a workout.
A fantastic gym, cannot recommend it enough. -

(November 2, 2022, 12:29 am)Great gym would recommend it to anyone! Lots of different equipment for anyones fitness level or fitness journey. The coaches really motivate you both in the gym and towards healthy eating habits. Friendly and welcoming staff such as Brenden who you may find on an evening work out. He is available to answer any questions you have. As someone who has never been to the gym before this was very helpful.
