  I’ve been going to this gym for about 5 months. I cannot say enough good things about the other members, coaches, owners. You will not find a more open, welcoming and supportive environment. Everybody, no matter their current level of fitness has a place at Osprey!

  Excellent coaches and friendly community of athletes! Myself, husband and two daughters ages 19 and 17 have been members for over 6months! I can honestly say it warms my heart to see how much the entire family has been encouraged and welcomed by this very positive crossfit family! We continue to improve our level of fitness. Just join!

  Osprey Athletics has the most awesome coaches and welcoming membership. If you are at all curious about what Crossfit has to offer, but you're a bit intimidated to try it- DON'T BE! Everything is scalable and doable for any/everybody! After I did my on-ramp "pre-flight" training, I felt ready but nervous to join an actual class. As soon as I did- I immediately felt at home and in the capable hands of helpful coaches. Come check Osprey Athletics out- you'll be so glad you did!
