As a Physiotherapist myself I sought out a pelvic floor Physiotherapist who was using the most up to date evidence for their treatments and found Maria online. During my pregnancy and postpartum I used the Pelvico On Demand platform to keep me on track and motivated to stay active (even physios need help with this!). My birth was slightly complicated but Maria helped me navigate my recovery with compassion and positivity. I also appreciate how curious and excited she is to keep learning and to educate her patients and know she treats cancer patients, male patients and Trans patient. We all have pelvic floors! I would absolutely recommend Pelvico for their health services as well as their online program.

(July 11, 2022, 3:43 pm)I am so appreciative of the instruction I received at Pelvico. Being conscious of my pelvic core is now second nature to me. With any of my movements I find myself thinking about how to do it safely and how best to breathe. The classes have made me stronger and have given me confidence. They also helped with making me more confident in socializing and leaving the house with a new baby during the recent easing of pandemic restrictions. I look forward to continuing on the journey towards improving my health.

(June 30, 2022, 3:30 pm)Cat has been amazing to deal with. She makes you feel very comfortable, explains everything clearly, and makes sure to create an individual plan that works for you. She is also very understanding and does not make you feel bad when you don't have time to get your exercises done (being a new mom is difficult sometimes!). I highly recommend Cat and Pelvico for all of your pelvic floor needs.

She not only helped me to deal with the pain I was experiencing, she was with me every step of the way for my recovery, in person and online. Then got me through my next pregnancy and recovery. And NOW she’s getting me through my 3rd while I drag my other 2 wild babies along for my appointments. She, and the rest of the staff at Pelvico, are a breath of fresh air. So relatable, professional and amazing at putting you at ease.

(June 27, 2022, 11:19 pm)I was first referred to Maria at Pelvico Health Centre in Bedford by my massage therapist when I was in my second trimester. I had been experiencing some pelvic pain and wanted to make sure I had a pain free pregnancy as best as I could - Maria helped me achieve that! She was extremely professional while also caring and understanding. Prior to the arrival of my baby girl, she helped ease some of the discomfort that comes with an expanding body! She understood and respected my birth plan and guided me through different stretches, breathing techniques and birthing positions that I used during my delivery. Since having my baby I have continued to see Maria for postpartum care and I could not imagine my recovery without her! I will continue to see her regardless of pregnancy or postpartum care. I never knew how important pelvic health was until meeting Maria!
