(June 7, 2022, 3:27 am)I absolutely love F45 in Okotoks. I have been attending approximately 5 classes a week since January. It has completely changed my life. The team atmosphere, supportive coaches, excellent music & full body workouts are some of the many reasons I keep attending.
I promise you will not regret trying F45, come in say Hi & try a class. -

Coaches and members are extremely supportive, they push you to your limits but still focus on good form and technique. The classes are challenging but soo fun and over in just 45 minutes. They also have a lot of convenient times to book throughout the day. Highly recommend!

(March 18, 2022, 5:33 am)I joined F45 after over a year of being sedentary and eating poorly during the pandemic. I was the heaviest I have ever weighed, by a lot. This gym has been a life saver for me. The coaches are absolutely incredible and have supported me through every step of my fitness journey. I feel fit and healthy and have more energy than I've had in years. The challenges are fun and super motivating. I've taken part in 3 fitness challenges so far and have lost 40 lbs. Best gym I've worked out in, hands down.

F45 is my safe place where I can go workout for myself to help me physically but more importantly mentally. F45 has created a family on and off the mat and for that I am forever grateful!
