(April 27, 2019, 12:31 am)I can't say enough about how welcoming this studio is, LOVE my FITFAM. I walked in over 300lbs and am working my way down (currently 260) and approaching 100 classes. I am absolutely stronger, fitter & faster than I walked in. Along with healthier and happier. GET YOUR BUTT IN HERE! I'll cheer you on like they have been cheering me on.

If you are newer to fitness you will love the class led workout because you will know exactly what exercises to do and when , if you are more experienced then you will appreciate the changing workouts and trainers who will push you to reach even higher fitness goals.

The owner Ryan is dedicated to our community and easy to talk to, the front end staff are super positive and friendly, the coaches are always upbeat and fun and the people who go to the classes are great! If you are looking for a great workout this is the place to go, you will not be disappointed!

(April 11, 2019, 5:03 am)When you walk in the doors you are greeted by smiling faces and if they don’t know your name yet they will in time. The coaches are to notch and explain in detail what you will be doing in class and will keep giving you pointers and checking on you no matter how long you have been going to OTF. You will be welcomed by members into the family and be encouraged and pushed to always better yourself. You won’t be disappointed joining the Okotoks OTF family
