(April 6, 2022, 6:13 pm)I am so thankful to have someone who is as well educated, knowledged, and caring about my mental and physical health. She educates a TON on root causes of conditions/illness, she does not stop until she gets to the bottom of what the cause of whatever you’re going through is. I could not recommend Anna enough. I am not finished my protocol I have with her, but I feel like a brand new person.

The amount of knowledge she has about all things integrative health is truly inspiring and reassuring in my journey towards improving my optimal health. 10/10 recommend to absolutely everybody! Over the past few months we have dug deep into my gut health, while being physically and mentally committed to a program she created and customized for what I needed. Anna has done extensive research and continues to learn and show passion through her work ethic and wonderful persona. It is always a pleasure to check in and have her guide me through whatever it is I need focusing on. I feel more connected with myself, learned more about what is triggering my sensitivity to food, stress and anxiety - all with the help of Anna. Anna also took the time to create a custom workout program for what I wanted to improve on, a supplement program for helping me cleanse my system, as well as nutrition program. Thank you, Anna. I will continue to have Annas guidance and friendship from here on in!
