Carrie shows up as her authentic self and it shows in her programs. Her natural love of children and yoga combine so wonderfully - creating a beautiful experience for the children. Thank you Carrie!

My daughter has been going since she was 3 years old (she’s 8 now!) and absolutely loves Carrie. My younger son has started going now too! Carrie is a calming presence, very patient with the littles and an excellent teacher! Highly recommend A+++++

It is now her favourite activity and she is always so excited to get to yoga class. Carrie is so good with the kids and teaches them so much about respect, friendship and health. She often has fun classes added on like glow yoga and special workshops with crafts and other activities. We are so happy to have found Carrie and Young Yogis Okotoks.
