  I just purchased my new 2019 Tiguan from Brandon at Southgate Volkswagen. Brandon, Noel and Jason who were all involved in helping select a new car went above and beyond the call of duty. I needed the car to be done in a weeks time, and they rushed everything for me, found a car detailed it and delivered the papers themselves. I would recommended anyone looking for a new vehicle to go check these guys out. 5 star service

  Have you ever wanted to hug your car salesman before? Neither. Until we met Dan Heller, Master Sales Associate at Southgate. Within one week we had the SUV we wanted and there was no hassle, no cheesy car salesman chat, just honest and genuine with Dan. He even got us a better price than anywhere in Alberta. His manager, Mike, was awesome and gave us an even better deal without back and forth negotiation. Everyone was friendly, prompt, easy going and made us feel good. No pressure. No hassle. Prompt response. Easiest transaction ever. Go say hi to Dan Heller and tell him we sent you. Thanks Dan! We have a vehicle we love and fits all our needs as a family of 5.

  Very good customer service. Brandon and Mike looked after me trading off my previous vehicle to a new Mazda 3. They went through every option of financing for me to find the best suitable possibility. Brandon even met me halfway in Lloydminster to make it easy as possible for the transfer and trade. Great service and experience would definitely recommend!

  I was recently there to get a car. Chris and Veer(finance) both were very helpful and absolutely explained everything before we made a deal. They have given me one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The manager also showed interest in the deal and was very friendly. Thank you all for helping.

  Great cars. Great staff. Noel was super friendly and easy to deal with it. He got me a awesome deal and everything I wanted in a car. Would definitely recommend and buy a car off him again.
