  I do not really review on services but this one is long over due. I have had my Audi A4 for over 3 months now and it has been a great ride so far. Ron Kohlman was a true professional and assisted me throughout the whole process. My boss has been dealing with this dealership for his previous 3 purchases and had high regards for Ron and Ron did not disappoint. He was not pushy at all and understood what I wanted. The finance department was perfect too and told me about the extra services but never pushed me to sign up for anything. Overall the whole experience was very pleasant.

  What a beautiful store and professional atmosphere. The receptionist greeted me as soon as she made eye contact with me. The sales man and the management team were just as friendly and pprofessional. They really are a group of real professionals there. Would definitely consider them for my next vehicle purchase or lease.

  Great experience at Southgate Audi! Chris Phan was amazing in helping out with the process from discussing options that best met my needs to taking the time to answer all questions and details about the cars. There was no pressure at any given time and he is super knowledgeable about all the features of the car. He is always there to help making this buying experience an incredible one!

  Had a very positive experience in our recent purchase of a sedan from this dealership. The sales team was fair and easy to work with. Thought the price negotiation went smoothly and at the end of the day, was not getting the run-around and being treated fairly. Found the parts crew to be friendly and helpful when purchasing accessories and winter wheels. The service team is also very good and unlike say, Edmonton BMW, it is not an issue to get a courtesy vehicle whatsoever here. The lifetime car washes are a nice perk.
