  I recently had my Ford F150 in for a Detail Package. Right from driving through the service doors, I can honestly say that I Experienced Amazing! Both the Service Staff and Richard Lee were so pleasant to deal with! Plus, they did an absolutely amazing job detailing my truck! I highly recommend Lexus South Pointe!

  Excellent care by the team at South Pointe! My Rx 350 battery died in this cold weather and Lexus assist was too busy to come by so I called the dealership where Cam Rutten and Dal Singh showed up and got it up and running. Dal was able to boost it with ease and knew exactly what the problem was. He replaced the battery under warranty and it was up and running in no time! It's because of the South Pointe team that I am a long time customer and will continue to be in the future!

  Dan Kim was professional and nice man. Deal was smooth and clear. Plus, dealership was very comfy to stay for waiting service.

  I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional level of service I received from everyone I encountered at the dealership. Justin, the Parts Manager, helped me find the perfect tires that suited both my needs and my budget. I appreciated his expertise and professionalism throughout the entire process. The installation of my tires was quick and they cleaned the interior and exterior of my car, which was a nice surprise. I will be recommending Lexus to my friends and family!

  My wife and I recently purchased a 2019 Lexus 350 ES F Sport and had the pleasure of working with Kevin Harrington. This process was seamless from our initial meeting till deliver. We were well informed of all important factors: costs, warranty, & follow-up service. As well, when an typing error was made on the contract that would have made a substantial difference the problem was rectified immediately. in addition, all correspondence was completed in a timely manner. We are thankful to have worked with Kevin and the entire Lexus team and look forward to our future relationship.
