  Update: got my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Jan 31, 2019 (2 days before the deep freeze) and thoroughly enjoyed driving it and staying warm. I’m still enjoying this vehicle and I am extremely happy to have it. Thanks again to Angela for her hard work getting this vehicle to me in Red Deer

  First time financing a vehicle, and the experience I had with capital jeep was above and beyond my expectations. The staff (specifically JT in sales and Jeremy from finance) are super friendly and personable, making my experience stress free and enjoyable. I was referred to capital jeep by a friend, and I would definitely recommend this location to others.
  Never once felt pressured to purchase anything, and since this was my first time financing they made sure I really understood all of my options and what everything meant, so I never felt like I was being misinformed. love my new purchase !

  Capital have given fantastic service from the first time I called. Having previously had very stressful experiences with another Dodge dealership, Capital have gone above and beyond to help me out. The receptionist who booked me in over the phone was welcoming and put me at ease immediately.
  Paul in service greeted me on arrival and was very approachable and professional. His communication was excellent, keeping me updated on progress and the work was done on my Jeep much sooner than I had anticipated. Paul suggested a ‘peace of mind’ inspection as my warranty is nearly up but did not try to push any unnecessary expenses which I have previously had. He was informative and made me feel very reassured that my vehicle was in safe hands, they even gave my vehicle a complimentary wash! I will be bringing my vehicle to Capital from now on!

  Went in for some recalls and an oil change. Intake was friendly and optics were good.
  Decided to add some mud guards as well.
  Got a ride to and from the shop which was nice. A little extra attention to the interior was done at no charge. Thanks guys.

  I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided from Capital Chrysler. I was able to get my Jeep in the same day I called for servicing. The sales person I dealt with was very friendly and helpful with the details he provided and overall made the process simple and easy. The other staff members I encountered were equally as helpful and the whole process left me feeling genuinely appreciated as a customer, which is far more than I can say about other shops in Edmonton. Ultimately I was content with the work they completed and will be returning for my next service.
