I would highly recommend Nic for anyone looking to buy a new home. A prime example of this was Nic got to a potential new home of ours 30-45 minutes early to walk around the neighborhood and scout out noises nearby (trains, planes, etc.) so that he could revert back to us and let us know his observations. I was very impressed with this and how he continuously went above and beyond . Ultimately, we couldn't be happier with his service. Thanks again Nic!

He would accommodate any time we wanted to see a house or made a request to change/ update something, and did it all within seconds! He answered every call and went above and beyond to sell my house. He was honest when we asked for his opinion and made us feel like helping us find our dream home was all that mattered. He did his homework on the homes we saw and was very professional and prepared. If you want an honest, dependable and trustworthy realtor.. Nic is your guy!

He was able to answer every question and more than willing to look after anything we asked of him. We purchased our new home with him and sold our previous and will continue to use him as our realtor in the future as well as highly recommend him to others. Thanks Nic!
