He has excellent communication and asked the right questions to better suit our needs while giving advice we could trust. We are now in our dream home thanks to Brad and couldn’t be happier. Brad pinpointed our needs and future aspirations, he helped us stay positive, smart, and found the house we always wanted but never thought we could get into (especially in this market) on a last minute “while we were out viewing I thought we should check this out”, or we never would have had the opportunity to view. (lawyers, inspection company, certified condo document review company, brokers, etc.) I would highly recommend Brad for anyone wanting to buy or sell their home with a professional that has your best interests in hand.

(June 9, 2022, 5:12 pm)My fiancé and I were first time home buyers and were referred to Brad by my dad. When I reached out to Brad he immediately responded to me even though he was on vacation. Brad was able to set up showings for us with another realtor (Melinda who was also great) until he returned from vacation. While on vacation Brad didn’t skip a beat helping us get the ball rolling on purchasing a home. When Brad was back from vacation he always worked around our schedules finding time to bring us to potential homes to buy. Any time me or my fiancé had questions we never had to wait long for a response from Brad, he always made himself available. At home showings Brad is very detail oriented and meticulous pointing out things I wouldn’t have thought of on my own, it was nice to have someone who knew what they were doing and what to look for. When it came to contracts/waivers Brad explained each detail of the contracts well, there was no confusion to what we were signing and it made the process a lot easier. My fiancé and I thought buying a home would be a lot more stressful, thankfully Brad made it fun and easy!
