We really didn't know anything about the homebuyers process past browsing the listings and Devon was so helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond to work around our strange schedules and there was never an uncomfortable moment when communicating with him. I will recommend Devon to everyone I know who is interested in buying or selling a home.

While our home was on the market Devon always made himself available day and night for any questions,concerns and advice we needed. He worked many long hrs for us and helped find us our new forever home we love and always kept our best interests in mind and heart through the whole process and has been a real godsend to us. (July 15, 2022, 2:09 am)Everyone knows that buying one's first property is incredibly challenging and intimidating (especially in this market). However, I was lucky enough to work with Devon, who's made the whole experience much smoother that I could've expected.
I thought I've done most of the work by picking a couple places on realtor.ca to view - and oh boy, was I wrong. As we've kept viewing properties around Calgary, I was realizing more and more how clueless I was to begin with and how much it's important to work with someone who knows what they are doing. From helpful comments on general conditions of the properties we've viewed, to contract clauses and conditions, to recommendations on lawyers and home inspectors, I was very happy with the insight I've received.
Devon is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Throughout the process, he's gone above and beyond, making it much less daunting and much easier to navigate through. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Laanstra to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in Calgary.
