I was 11/10 stressed but from the minute Geoff was handling the process everything went a lot smoother. He was 100% honest about all the factors we needed to take into consideration, as well as the state of the market and how my specific property fell into the bigger picture. Honest but still so kind, I always felt really looked after, and he made sure I could reach him if I had questions or ideas. I would absolutely recommend Geoff to anyone looking to sell a home, he did an exceptional job even in the challenging situation of taking over a sale that hadn't been handled well be the previous realtor. His passion for the industry, extensive knowledge of the Calgary area, and his love for getting to know people and their dreams make him fantastic to work with.

Geoff has both of those as well as the knowledge of his profession and current market situation at time of working with him. He is patient and works hard to fine tune your needs to ensure he can help you make home buying and selling as easy a possible for his client.
