Margaret the owner is authentic and friendly and the food was delicious. We ate the seasonal basalmic sweet potato pizza and it was phenomenal.

I visited Island Pie twice while staying in Deer Harbor. I had the mushroom ravioli one night, and the white pizza with chipotle pesto the other night. Both were excellent! The ravioli was extra mushroomy. The white pizza was a stand out, though. The crust is thin and the chipotle pesto was delicious and unexpected. I'm sad I missed out on the chance to try the delicious looking desserts while I was there, but hopefully I'll make it back to island pie at some point!

A sweet local pizza place in Deer Harbor that offers gluten free AND vegan options! Amazing! The owners are friendly and happy to accommodate any allergies/preferences and the food is always delicious. So happy to support this business.

Some of the best pizza I've had. The sausage pizza was amazing...yum. the mushrooms ravioli was good too.

This is my new favorite pizza! The crust is near perfect. The toppings are great. The staff is friendly. They even have a customer loyalty card 9 pizzas and the 10th is free. If you love pizza you want to try Island Pie.
