(April 3, 2019, 11:09 pm)The Downriggers, on a pier in Friday Harbor, has a pleasant atmosphere, and great views of the harbor. I enjoyed a flight of beer, Caesar salad, and clam chowder - just what was in order for an afternoon break. Their Panna Ctta desert was awesome.
