(April 24, 2019, 4:26 pm)I love that fact that I have been attending classes regularly for three months and I have never done the same workout twice! I love the fact that all I have to do is show up and I have a coach to motivate me, show me what to do and help me if I am struggling. I like the competitive aspect of trying to hit the splat point goal which gets harder as we get more fit.

(April 20, 2019, 5:05 pm)I was looking for a gym for over two years since moving to Montreal. I joined two or three gyms but I had no interest in going. When my employer suggested orange theory I thought I would give it a try! I now love going to the gym and I’m sad when I go away and can’t fit it into my schedule. Staff is so friendly and it’s such a great community feeling with amazing New workouts each and every time!
