ibfit studio is a great place to work on your body, the coaches are professional and knowledgeable. I train with Irina, she's caring, patient and has a profound knowledge of the body and will adapt her expertise to your needs.
Had to go through recovery after accident and ended up with IBFit studio - there are two trainers, mine is Irina. She's worked out a recovery plan that we are following for 6 weeks already and I couldn't be happier with the progress I am making with her help. Really knowledgeable, nice, energetic and straight to the point person. Feeling lucky that I ended up with this outfit.
Studio itself is nice and clean, stuffed with every necessary piece of equipment. And they don't charge an arm and a leg like downtown studios do.
If you are looking for a dedicated trainer, this is the right place. Irene is a professional trainer, zumba teacher, and ballroom dancer. She will motivate you to get fit and have fun doing so.
Nice place! Not too big, but with a very efficient distribution of equipment inside! Im training there for already a month with a trainer (just 2 times a week) and the result is really INCREDIBLE!!!! I strongly recommend this place to get fit!
