She was very thorough checking out my phone to make sure that it was fixed as needed and that it was given back in working order. 2 hours and I was on my way again with my phone looking and functioning as it should. I would recommend this place

(October 10, 2020, 11:11 pm)Had some dead pixels appear on my S10+ and sent a claim to have it fixed through Rogers Protection Plan. Within 5 minutes of filing the claim uBreakiFix called me and said they could fix it right away. Within 20 min I had them the phone and after 2 hours they called and it was back in my hands. The phone looked brand new. I even got a new battery as part of the repair. They also were able to keep the skin I had on the back intact! Couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!
