  Went to get a balloon for a party. Staff member was very friendly and got us a helium balloon very quickly. Lots of choices for parties.

  They have a good selection but I think certain items are priced to high. I also feel that there aren’t enough staff and I am constantly walking around until I find someone.

  I am stuck between a 2-3 star rating with these guys. Staff are always super polite and helpful However there are times when you can tell they are very understaffed and worked to the bone. To only have two people working in a store that size is in my opinion crazy... You can tell some of them are frustrated at times when they have a line up of customers, plus a phone ringing in their face, plus balloon orders to fill, plus god knows what else... They have what you’re looking for but some of its grossly overpriced and very cheaply made - my hands and clothes were COVERED in glitter by the time I got to my car... This isn’t something I’d normally complain about but I can’t stress how bad the glitter was... It borderline wouldn’t even come off when I washed my hands/clothes... Balloons always turn out beautifully but again are extremly expensive (something to do with helium being in short supply). I would recommend setting up a balloon order because the wait times on weekends espesially can get pretty nasty (something you need to do in store and not over the phone apparently). I may return for some odds and ends but don’t picture myself making any larger purchases here whatsoever.

  Lots of selection for "wild one" birthday party supplies for my sons first birthday. Tons of options for balloons and helium balloons. Costumes..plates/cutlery in all sizes and colours, signs, bags, treat bag supplies and candy! Organized store abd helpful employee knew where everything was in a large dtord navigating on your own with a baby in tow!

  Had a pretty good experience here, many many items here but the good thing is that it's organized very nicely. We wish they would have more colour choices for tissue paper but other than that it was useful for everything we needed! Only reason why i didn't give it 5 stars is because customer service could have been a little better ny making us feel welcomed at least and prices are a little high!
