Kathleen helped me when I walked in to confirm my details regarding the credit I had. She was very pleasant and courteous. She also helped Rick later adding some pillows to my purchase.Rick did a fantastic job assessing my needs as a consumer and did not try to sell me a product that did not feature the specifications I provided. He was very knowledgeable about the various products as he would show them to me. He gave me some space to test out the different mattresses, which I appreciated because it did not leave me feeling pressured. After purchasing the new mattress I decided to look at pillows. I went back to find Rick and he gave me some more of his time to answer some questions I had about the pillows. I ended up purchasing two and he has arranged that they be delivered with my new mattress. I appreciated his professionalism, honesty and ability to listen to what I was looking for. -

I was able to easily find what I went for and also "window shop" (there's a good, though small, discount section at the back with interesting finds - worth checking out). I ended up buying a back-ordered product and the associate who helped with my purchase (Debbie) was honest about the expected delivery timeline, which I appreciate! Overall positive shopping experience, good store layout, and very pleasant, helpful sales associates. Will likely shop here again in the future.

(July 20, 2022, 7:38 pm)I bought a double bed and with a frame from Leon’s it was delivered the but the company that’s was suppose to assemble the bed didn’t show up and when we phoned them to complain they wanted us to wait another week to assemble the bed, we got help elsewhere to assemble the bed. we talked to Jamie at Leon’s and he canceled the appointment for us and refunded our money in full Jamie was very polite and helpful and we didn’t have to wait Jamie attended to our issues immediately then I showed Jamie a picture of the headboard that had been damaged and Jamie refunded us money for that too. We are very happy with the service at Leon’s friendly and efficient staff thanks Jamie.
Also purchased a love seat and chair from Debbie she was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the right love seat and chair because we wanted it to be comfortable and something that would compliment our two chairs at home she showed us how to match up with pillows for accent. We were very happy to have a friendly Efficient knowledgeable customer service experience thank you Jamie and Debbie 😊👌👌👌👌👌 -

He is very knowledgeable and his customer service skills are awesome 😎. Very friendly and is good at his job. Would definitely recommend to our family. Thanks Adrian for flowing up and to let us know the delivery date.
