The UPS Store

What an amazing experience dealing with last minute shipping issues. Everyone went out of their way to help with some tricky shipping and packing issues (thank you Farah, Above and beyond!). My sanity and wallet where saved. I cannot say how much I appreciated the time and care I was given. Grateful to have them here in the Beach! - susanne

Such a pleasure dealing with the staff at this location. The manager Farah went above and beyond recently, ensuring that a very important package be picked up at my home when UPS didn't show up for the scheduled pick up. (They notified me at the last second that they couldn't pick it up, even though it was confirmed) After being on hold for an hour and speaking to several managers and supervisors, no one from UPS was willing to do anything for me. I called the UPS beaches location and Farah immediately contacted her driver and had him pick up my package at my home within 30 minutes, so my client would receive it the following day as promised. She should be commended and UPS head office should take note of this. Thank you again Farah. I really appreciated everything you did!!!! UPS is very lucky to have you.

I get the honour in visiting the lovely staff of the UPS store on a daily basis for work, they are always a breath of fresh air when I come in. Greeting me by name and always with a thank you when I leave, they make the back and forth trip to the UPS store a treat in my day.
Thank you guys, you're always so quick I don't even have to ask for anything you're one step ahead of me always.

Our company uses The UPS Store in the Beaches daily, they are so wonderful we are grateful to have them so close by. They are very quick with getting our orders printed and always so kind and welcoming. Couldn't imagine using any other printing stores in the Beaches for all our business.
