    Andrew and Ryan replaced my Combi boiler and I am totally pleased with the job they did. Both men were polite, friendly and efficient. They both took the time to explain the procedure along the way so I knew what to expect. The cost was what I had been quoted...no extra fees. I will definitely request Andrew and Ryan to install a new Ductless AC system for my house in the near future. Thanks so much!

    Our experience with Novel care was fantastic from start to finish. We were looking to have a new water heater and furnace installed.

    Alan came out and gave us a very detailed quote. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Alan provided us with great information.

    Sean & Julies did the install. They were very punctual and got right to work. They didn’t stop until the job was completed. They were meticulous about every detail, and about keeping the site tidy. Both were very skilled, hard workers that were also very professional and friendly. When they were finished, they reviewed everything with us and gave us great maintenance tips. They really went above and beyond!

    We are thrilled with the work that was done, and the service we received from everyone at Novelcare !

    Add their number to your contacts because when your furnace or hot water heater go, these are the people you want to call! They have fantastic customer service - always working with the customer to get things right and help you as quickly as possible, even with this bitter winter when they were probably swamped they still made sure to have a tech. there ASAP. We have depended on Novel care for years at both our own home and a rental property and they do not disappoint.

    Amazingly positive experience using novel care to install ductless air conditioning. From the initial sales call to the installation. Alan the sales representative was very knowledgable, kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Shwn the installer was extremely intelligent, efficient, and did a phenomenal job. He actually left my furnace room looking better than before he got there. I can't help thinking how lucky I was to have him do this installation. I would highly recommend this company, and they will definitely be mine and my friends and family's first choice in the future. A truly great company!!!

    This was a stress free experience. The estimator made an appointment... showed up on time and explained all of my options fully.
    I decided to purchase our Multi Zone ductless air conditioner system from NovelCare.
    On install day the installers showed up on time and installed the our ductless system as described.
    The estimator followed up with me after the install to ensure all went well.
    I would have no problem recommending Novelcare.
