Everyone I spoke to within the company was very friendly and the service itself was quick and efficient. Would definitely go through Ductless air for any services I need done in the future.

(May 31, 2019, 9:02 am)Friendly and knowledgeable. We have used Ductless Air inc, for Boiler cleaning and maintenance check along with installation of a new Ductless AC unit. I've appreciated their professionalism but also their lack of pushiness. They provided the information we needed to make an inform decision and we were able to go away think about it without pressure.

They provide you with a 1/2 day window for when they will be at your house at time of booking and then a text or email approximately a 1/2 hr prior to when they show up on the day of. This was very convenient as I work fairly close to home so I could wait for their text before heading home to meet them, instead of having to be at home waiting for them for the entire 1/2 day. -

(May 26, 2019, 11:55 am)Ductless Air estimator + installation team were fantastic to deal with for a Ductless Split Air Conditioner. They were quick, efficient, and prompt. Would 100% recommend and indeed I have. The reception/ service desk was great too, allowing for changes in scheduling for installation and working with me to address any questions or concerns I had. There is a reason for an overall high rating for this company!

There's a reason I keep using this company for service and installation.
