Holly is such a kind soul, always greeted us with a smile, was friendly and always made herself available when we wanted to visit the next house. She always answered all of our questions and concerns and would walk through everything step by step. She made us feel secure and confident that we were in great hands. Holly helped find the perfect family home for us and our baby on the way. Thanks to Holly we now have roots in Durham region and a home we love. You won’t find someone who cares more than Holly Macgillivray.

We counted on Holly so much through our first buy and sell process. She always had time go allocate to us, and she really had a personal investment in our experience.
We were happy to have found an amazing house to call a home and to sell our house in less than 24 hrs...but we were sad to end our business meetings with Holly.
We are now proud to call her a close friend.
100% reccomend. We will never use another agent.
