Of course these recommendations are a hit or miss, however in our case, it was a win win. We did not expect it to turn out in meeting this amazing woman. Carrie is an absolute delight to work with. She has a feel for people and their needs, through a short conversation and getting a feel of our couple showings she knew exactly what we would love and appreciate, and found us a home in the shortest amount of time, despite the market up here being so limited and pricey, she kept our head straight with honest opinions and positive encouragement, never once rushing the process. Carrie is more than a realtor, she cares, and really makes sure she looks at all the details to make the experience so much smoother than expected. She is absolutely THE realtor to contact! We could not be more lucky to know Carrie.

From there our relationship formed and Carrie has now been with us through two home purchases. She has made everything such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Carrie's knowledge of the area as well as what to look for in a home, matched with her attention to fine details in paperwork made her our literal real estate rockstar. We were so happy with the entire process and also to gain such a wonderful friend in Carrie - we are forever grateful!

Every step of the way Carrie went above and beyond what was expected of any real estate broker and I couldn't be more happy to have chosen her. She's type of person that fights for you, is there when you need her, and knows what you need even before you do. I would recommend Carrie 100% to anyone out there looking to buy or sell their house, and can say from experience, she will not let you down.

Carrie's knowledge of the area was priceless and she never once made us feel like we were taking too long to find "the one". She was always available for showings and very responsive to all our emails and messages. She has a great attitude and personality. We are so lucky to have been referred to her.
