WOW! mobile boutique

10/10 I’ve been going here for the last few years. Recently being my 3rd time, with my husband. We can not thank Mack for his amazing help and customer service. He is such a knowledgeable person & was able to get us a wicked deal and savings. We are with Telus and went to the Telus store and they had nothing to offer, so back to WOW we went. & we definitely won’t be going anywhere else. The store manger and assistant manger are also so kind & helpful- our new phone set up took a little longer due to Black Friday, and they kept apologizing and thanking us for being patient! We want to Thank you so much & thank you for spending all that time with us for our new phones. Also helping my mom set her new phone up today. Mack took time from his break to help my mom get her data from her old phone. Thank you, thank you!!

Very impressed with my overall experience. I went into the mall with hopes of finding some more information in regards to getting a new phone, and ended up leaving with a new phone that I'm extremely happy with—I got a great deal. Brandon provided me with incredible customer service. He genuinely cared about my needs and finding the best fit for my current situation. He took the time to search around and look at different options, while he provided me with a ton of knowledge in regards to different deals going on at the time that would benefit me. I can be quite indecisive and he was able to ease my mind and answer all of the MANY questions I had, making me feel very comfortable with my decision in the end. I have had my phone for a month now and couldn't be happier with it. Definitely recommend these guys—thanks Brandon and WOW mobile!

These guys are awesome! Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. A big thanks to Mike for helping us find a plan that works best for our family and thanks to the other gentlemen for being so kind to my son while he waited :)

Just wanted to give a shout out to the gals and guys out at the W.O.W mobile phone store located in the georgian mall. There sales representative chantel was no only friendly and warming but also extremly knowledgeable on not only the services i was after but as well as about every cellular apparatus avaliable, if your in the north end of barrie and need a phone W.O.W mobile is the spot to go, you guys are awsome, and youll love the retro way back play back they have playing it will have you dancing away with your new cell phone
