(October 7, 2020, 2:35 pm)Ricki's consistently has highly discounted clearance items so I check it out every few months. The staff are always phenomenal! I popped in on my way to work yesterday to pick up an online order and decided to wear my swanky new outfit to work. Coreena, one of the ladies who works there, gave me scissors to cut the tags AND static spray to get rid of static cling on my new top! If that's not amazing customer service, I don't know what is!! And I love how they get excited with you over a great new find! Thanks for the amazing service! :) I'll be back!

(December 7, 2019, 8:34 pm)Went in to the store and it was very busy well it is xmas but the girls on the register was rocking customer service very focused on what they were doing and in no time I had bought a coat. The prices are great 50% off. The girl on the floor I'm sorry i did not get her name but she was very focused as well, thank you girls for doing such a great job.

(November 22, 2019, 10:16 pm)This is such a fantastic store! The staff here are 10++++ Always friendly. Always sales!!!! Clearence rack is amazing!!!! Shopping online makes it easy. Store delivery for $2 and never an issue with returns!!! A staff will approach you and open you a change room and offer to get you new sizes or anything you need while your in the change room. By far the best customer service I have ever had and been going for years!! Keep.it up.ladies!!!
