Needed to get some brake work done on my car and was hesitant to take it to the dealership; worried it would be crazy expensive. But the price ended up being very comparable! The online booking was easy to use. Staff was organized, friendly, and I really appreciate that they took the time to explain things thoroughly! They were transparent and made honest recommendations, cost effective solutions. It doesn’t seem like they’re trying to take advantage of anyone so if that remains true I will definitely be going back! -

(June 20, 2023, 10:58 pm)I highly recommend going here for any of your future vehicle purchases. Shout out to Oliver at Hyundai for assisting me in choosing the best vehicle for my family! I showed up the day after the engine in my previous vehicle randomly died while on a road trip. Needless to say, I was was feeling extremely defeated and stressed with the situation. Oliver was very welcoming, professional, intuitive, and sympathetic. He asked many questions with the intentions of learning what I required in a vehicle so that I could make the right choice. The following day I returned because I was second guessing the vehicle I decided to purchase. Oliver took the time to help me figure out where my indecisions were coming from and ultimately helped me realize that I made the right decision. After lots of back and forth, he said "You seem like a person who is very protective of your family and this size of car will keep you all safe" - words that made me say "Okay, this it it!" Because he was absolutely right. He listened to what I had to say and he genuinely seems to care about his clients and his job. But also, shout out to the entire staff for checking in while we were waiting, for helping me get set up with a rental vehicle, and in general just being kind human beings!

(March 3, 2023, 11:40 pm)I just picked up our new Santa Cruz today and I must say you will not get a better deal or service anywhere else. We live in the Ottawa / Gatineau area and we thought the better deals were in the big city but we're proven totally wrong. It was so worth the drive to also be treated like family. When they say "Welcome to the Hyundai Pembroke family" they truly stand by their words. Our second purchase from this amazing dealership and definitely not our last!

(February 27, 2023, 11:23 pm)I highly recommend going to Hyundai Pembroke if you are looking for a new vehicle! It is a great experience all around! For me, it was from looking at vehicles with Derek Thrasher, to getting all the paper work done with Jessica Gemmill... we had so many laughs and fun along the way! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! And this time, I ordered one right from the factory!
Shannon Slaughter and her whole team are a super great "family" and it's so nice to feel totally comfortable when purchasing a new car! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
