They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, both in taking care of my vehicle and addressing my specific needs as a customer. Every time I visited, I received a friendly and warm welcome, which added to the great hospitality of the place. I appreciate how they worked around my busy schedule, making it convenient for me. I couldn't be more thankful for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

(July 18, 2023, 4:37 pm)After dealing with Subaru for over 5 years, I decided to extended my wings and try something new. I originally had went to my local dealer for help, unfortunately this experience was overall very poor and almost turned me away from Nissan, however Oscar completely turned that experience around by first being very polite open minded and caring over the phone. He has the best approach with customers. I discussed with him exactly what I was looking for and he promised to do nothing but that. 45 minutes after our original phone call he found the exact vehicle I wanted color and all! with being from another province often licensing can be a great headache however, this is the first time buying a vehicle that it has been none of that! his team of staff is great, I truly appreciate the great service and Clientele both Oscar and Jade have provided me. and to finalize the deal Thank you Jade for your quick and easy financing! This is definitely the A TEAM!

I called about a recall on my car that other dealerships had refused to book in, Pembroke Nissan had me in within the week and were apologetic and concerned about my treatment elsewhere. The mechanic had the job done in half the quoted time, which I have never seen happen with any car at any shop. Everyone was happy and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. It's nice to have a local dealership you can count on and trust!

(May 31, 2023, 1:18 am)My experience with Jade was amazing!! She allowed me to take my time and was very patient in explaining all of the details of what Nissan offers!! Especially all the new gadgets in the vehicle, she took the time to explain each one and made me feel at ease. Oscar and Ada were very kind as well!! They even came to pick me up right at my door to allow me to pick up my new kicks!! Extremely satisfied with exceptional customer service!! Highly recommended 👌
