Guy is a magician , found me the exact car I was looking for in less than 24 hours at a price that fit my budget. Super impressed with the service, they even picked me up when I was having trouble getting a lift to go test drive. 100% recommend Pembroke Chrysler Dodge and Jeep for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle with above and beyond customer experience.

Knowledgeable of the vehicles and straight shooting with answers and suggestions. No pressure approach sealed the deal for me. Pembroke Chrysler team ....(all of them all the way to the top!) made me feel important and valued. 5 stars is not high enough of an experience. Well done 👏 ✔️

Bought a 2022 Dodge Ram . After may attempts to purchase a truck in Ottawa ,this dealership and the assists of Chrystal in sales, made this deal flawless . Buying a new truck over the phone and through emails without even a test driver seems silly but it happened . Chrystal was always available for every question I had and not once did I feel pressured . We signed the paperwork after hours with the help of Joseph, walking us through the paperwork step by step answering any questions we had . I have recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Thanks Again

We drove 5 hours to come to this dealership to pick up our new 2022 dodge charger hellcat redeye widebody jailbreak and it was worth every minute. Can’t recommend this dealership more. The experience was amazing!!! Joel and Joseph even asked us to contact them when we got home to ensure our safety! Thank you so much!
