(April 10, 2023, 2:03 pm)These people were great! I posted a review that was not meant for them. They reached out to me to resolve the issue being very polite! After this phone call they offered to reach out to the company that we felt did us wrong! If I need a company to tow my car I would be calling North Algonkin towing first before any other company! I would trust them any day knowing that if something went wrong they would like nothing more than to fix the problem! Kristy was very helpful and also gave me good advice!

(May 27, 2022, 6:30 pm)Had 2 flat tires - Called North Algonquin and spoke to Mike who is the owner. Towed my vehicle to his shop where unfortunately tires had to be replaced. He dropped me off at my friends workplace so I can hitch a ride home. Picked vehicle up after the weekend. Mike and his staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% Recommend

(December 29, 2018, 11:07 pm)We were renting a uHaul from the attached office on a Saturday. No uHaul attendant but the two gentlemen at the Napa Auto Care got us the number to contact for the uHaul manager of the office AND came and pulled the uHaul out of the frozen parking spot, just to be helpful. We weren't even customers and these guys were the most helpful people of the day.
