(April 15, 2023, 11:49 pm)Communication could have been better. I felt like I just dropped off my car and when I went to pick it up, I got a stack of papers saying what was done, but no one went through it with me, not even briefly.
Having said that, my car was repaired in a timely manner and so far I have not had any repair come back to haunt me. They were professional, but if you're expecting alot of human interaction, you may not find it here. I wasn't mistreated, they just don't excel in face-to-face communication exchanges. I have no complaints about the work done though.
